The Music of Yesterday's Children

Hello,
I just saw the film and fell in love with its music. If anyone can tell me the song and or who it was singing throughout the film, it would be greatly appreciated if you could reply. Thanks!

wauw... thankyou... i love it

I found Patrick Williams the composer. Jen Mahoney sings it. I can't find how to contact Patrick Williams or evidence that the song has been published in any form. I love it too, and would like a copy.

To fail to publish an award winning song isn't rational, but apparently the man has written so many thousand songs he forgot all about it, and he's too much of a hermit or hider or whatever for anyone to be able to contact him to remind him!

I dont know but if you find out please let me know. Its very soothing. My guess would be CELTIC WOMAN. I have there cd and they are from Ireland. Thanks

reply

it's not Celtic Women rather it's Jen Mahoney. who sings the theme song. I have the song and could find the Gaeilge (Irish Gaelic).

"Dúrún an dúiche seo, Ó ghlúin go glúin, Lonad mar fhís sa cheo, Rún go ciúin" - An Gleann
