I love this movie-- and it has nothting to do with being gay or stuff like that. This boy, was alone-- his dad ditched him at that orphan and left him. The dad never came back to see him. The boy was ABANDONED BY HIS DAD!! The other boy just kind of bonded with him and he was his own real friend. I hate see anybody abandoned like that. The end of the movie was very sad. That boy was blamed for some he did not do. And he was on his way to another Orpanage by train.

All the staff in that orpange were very mean, except that woman,
I did like that movie I have it and watch it often.

Thank you IMDb for allowing me to post messages and I have looked at the Boyact.com web site for a long time.

Who am I typing to and does anybody read it, just wondering?

I thought it was good but not great. I will have to rewatch it another time though. Only seen it once and it has been a while.

Sorry forgot the not edited my post. I thought it was a good movie but not great but will decide again whenever I rewatch it. I have a difficult time watching films more than once within a few months or so. Takes me a good year or more sometimes to want to be able to rewatch again if I forgot enough of the film.

I just watched a copy of this film that I got from Netflix. I think I would also have to put it in the "good not great" category. There were a lot of different relationships going on in this film and I think the actors did a good job with their roles, but I would have liked to see some of those relationships developed more. It seemed like there were too many small snippets when there could have been more.
