electricity?

If her electric was cut off and she had to light all those candles, how come the TV was on?

The goofs section says that in a deleted scene Molly runs an extension cord from another apartment (Where? Who? How? When?) - incorrectly called, "incorrectly regarded as a goof."

And there's something dodgy about the answerphone saying there are 98 messages when the phone is dead and there's no electricity. Even with a non-volatile memory it would hardly display the number of messages with no power, and it's hardly likely that Molly would wire up the answerphone as well as the TV.
