Did anyone else notice that they are basically the same person?
They look similar, similar haircut, pale skinny blondes.
I think that Ingrid is basically what Ray would grow up to be had she not been influenced by Molly.

I noticed butI didn't think it was strange...I tok it as a cry for help. mommy look at me. I want to be just like you...but mommy never looked and it turned her even morebitter. her mom never gave her any encouragment to be her own person as long as she was out of her hair then w/e you know?

shareI've seen this movie many times and I just can't like Ing. Sure, she is the voice of reason for Molly but Ing is just too perfect for my liking. The bake fests and the yoga... Her life seems rigid and no fun at all. And what about that decor in her apartment. Hideous. Just hideous. No. Don't like her at all.

shareIngrid and Ray were similar. They didn't have any scenes together, but they both possessed wisdom and were so against acting impulsively. I loved the fact they both could teach Molly a thing or two about the world. But the truth was, I preferred Molly because she was so much fun throughout! I loved Ray and Ingrid, too :)
