I don't know if they'll rerun this, but Chad Everett is interviewing Michael York now! He said that they had wrapped filming and were prepping for release when 9/11 occurred. It was one of a number of films requested to delay or cancel release in that time following the incident.

He said there has been a grassroots movement of support for the film, so it must be connecting with audiences.

Personally, I've watched it three times and enjoyed it very much. I think it would be impressive on the screen, especially because I'm not a nitpicker about special effects. People need to get over that and focus on the story! This is not an awful movie, not even a bad one! I doubt that anyone in the cast is embarrassed about being in this movie! That's nonsense created by people who want to read something into performances that is NOT there! I see it so often yet have heard actors in interviews speak highly of the exact roles people claim they are ashamed of performing! Obviously, Michael York is proud of this film! I think it's great entertainment and must be demanding people to think about it from the questions I've encountered on the Net from people who likely haven't read much about biblical prophecy.

I'm going to watch for this film on TBN, which airs movies without commercial interruption most of the time.

I've identified "Megiddo" three times at Y!A Movies, so it must stick in people's minds, and I expect more inquiries if anyone happened across this tonight~well, the wee hours of the morning.
