How do you get there?
It's quite simple. You need to have the hammer with you. After you clear a certain point in the game, the super bomb becomes available. You can buy a super bomb (for 100 rupees) at the bomb shop in the same location as your house in the light world. From the pyramid, you go south until you come to the "bridge" where some stakes are. Pound those in the ground to proceed, then go left and keep going until you find a house. That's the bomb shop. Purchase the super bomb and drag it back to the pyramid where the wall is cracked. DO NOT use your pegasus boots or tap the A button until you're ready. If you do, that'll set off the timer (3 sec). You'll have only that time to recover the bomb by walking up to it or it will explode. When you reach the cracked wall in the pyramid, tap the A button. That'll set off the bomb and blow a hole in the wall, allowing you to enter the fairy fountain inside. There, you can upgrade your arrows and your sword. As with the other fairy fountains, you can also receive free magic medicine (green potion) if you throw in an empty bottle.

Yeah, I do. You can't enter there. That is the EXIT from the room below Ganon's chamber inside the pyramid. If you should fall during the battle with Ganon, you fall down into this room. When you exit this room, you will end up going through this door, hole, exit, etc... to get outside.
