That's a great cast for such a movie but instead of Rachael McAdams I would cast either Kate Botsworth or Mila Jovovich
shareI had Michael Clarke Duncan in my dream cast for Ganon as well. I also had Bob Hoskins, but I cast him as Rauru. As for Zelda, I was thinking of Jennifer Lien from Star Trek: Voyager. Her character Kes was Hylian-like with pointed ears, and she's blonde, just like Zelda. As for Link, I thought Haly Joel Osment looked a lot like Link in the Link's Awakening representations of him when you don't see him as your avatar.
Your world must have very dry literature.
