A few questions...

1) Darla's head? According to the conversation Darry and Trisha had... Kenny wasn't found out at all, but only Darla's head was missing... Soooo, is it really Darla's body that her head was sewn on to? If so, how did The Creeper get a hold of her body? The coroner would have ended up with it after the accident. Unless he stole it...

2) Did Jezelle dream that she would, in fact, try and help the kids at the police station, or did she just dream what would happen to them and decide to show up and try to help them?

I find this overall situation confusing.

She shows up, and she won't let the cop place the kids in a holding room. She states that The Creeper finds them hiding in a room in the police station.

She then leads them to another end of the station where the doors are locked and states that she doesn't always see everything in her dreams, and she didn't know that the doors would be locked. (This I understand.)

She then tells them that she knows they'll run upstairs to hide (showing that she knew which room The Creeper would find them in in the first place, and it's not even on the same floor where the cop was going to place them).... Then she states that she doesn't know what will happen to her. (Again, did she dream that she'd be there in the station trying to help, or was it a spur of the moment decision?)

on #1 i think dary just was confused about whose body that was in the house of pain,
probably was just a random body

Since Darla had died several years ago, rumors would have spread around about the accident. Neither of them knew for sure what happened...but it was her, the class ring she was wearing was the clincher.

She says that her dreams aren't a complete picture. So she may have seen them in trouble at the police station (for example : them running in a panic) and then it cut to Darry screaming in a room (the end scene). She probably just assumed he died in the police station and therefore was adamant that the police officer not lock them up in a room.

I don't think any part of this film made sense. It's like it started to go down one path and then kept veering in different directions.

What was with the strange cat lady house? It seems the only point of it was to try to prove the accuracy of the psychic but it ended up being completely pointless. I thought there was going to be some significance to the cats but there wasn't.

If the creature can fly then why the truck? If it likes to eat the body parts then what's with decorating the walls with the corpses? Why does it burn the church? Seems like a lot of time and effort went into decorating that place seems a shame to just torch it. What was the deal with the crows? If he's there eating parts, what's with the laboratory in the church hole? If he's there working all the time, why is all the equipment covered in cobwebs? How did Darry get out of the hole in the first place? If all the monster is doing is eating the body parts then why bother to stitch the bodies back up again? The song felt like it was just thrown in there because Darry's eyes got stolen which is very gimmicky ... not a question but it bothers me. And what was up with the psychic? Why the misdirect telling Darry it wanted his sister instead of him? Was she really trying to save them? Cuz it kinda seems like she led them to being captured. I couldn't get straight if the monster was there to kill for funsies or to eat people to reproduce his own body parts or both?

God this movie was a mess. I have a hard time believing people actually like this. The monster wasn't scary, the effects were awful, and they killed anything that was remotely scary almost immediately with horrid storytelling ... and the acting was atrocious.

There's your problem. There wasn't meant to be any significance to the cats. Jezelle dreams bits and pieces of what will later happen. "It's not like watching a movie, there's parts missing" The part she dreamed was seeing Trish and Darry with "Lots of cats" and that's what she asked Darry on the phone. She wants to warn them what's going on and for them to believe her so she asks about the cats. There's nothing more to it.

If the creature can fly then why the truck?

In broad daylight people are going to notice a giant winged demon flying around. It obviously doesn't want people to know what it is or to ever be seen by anyone.

If it likes to eat the body parts then what's with decorating the walls with the corpses?

It's well established in the movie that the Creeper only likes to eat parts of people. The boy at the start that was wrapped in sheets was stitched up after having one of it's internal organs eaten. Later in the jail cell, the Creeper heals it's damaged leg by eating the leg og an inmate. At the end of the movie, the Creeper eats Darry's eyes.

The Creeper had selected certain parts from all of the victims in the church basement (We find out in the sequel that some of the bodies were up to 200 years old) and decided to decorate the walls with what was remaining of his victims.

Seems like a lot of time and effort went into decorating that place seems a shame to just torch it.

It knew the police were on it's way to investigate so it had to burn the place down. It was it's best chance of destroying all the evidence. Although we find out in the sequel that authorities still uncovered the remains.

What was the deal with the crows?

Who cares? Why does it matter? They liked him. There you go 

If he's there eating parts, what's with the laboratory in the church hole?

Not sure what you mean by this. Need clarification.

If he's there working all the time, why is all the equipment covered in cobwebs?

Areas he doesn't need access to? You've never seen a building in regular use that still has cobwebs in certain areas?

How did Darry get out of the hole in the first place?

It was a basement. There was obviously a way into the basement from the church, hence there is a way out.

If all the monster is doing is eating the body parts then why bother to stitch the bodies back up again?

Already covered this one.

The song felt like it was just thrown in there because Darry's eyes got stolen which is very gimmicky ... not a question but it bothers me.

That was probably the main reason the song was chosen. So what?

And what was up with the psychic? Why the misdirect telling Darry it wanted his sister instead of him? Was she really trying to save them? Cuz it kinda seems like she led them to being captured. I couldn't get straight if the monster was there to kill for funsies or to eat people to reproduce his own body parts or both?

Cut and pasted from another thread: Her purpose was, and there's a name for these exposition giving characters, was to inform the audience what the creeper is and what it wants. It's not just a scary monster trying to kill some kids. It's a monster that eats body parts to grow stronger. That point needed to be driven home to explain how the Creeper keeps coming back and regenerating it's flesh but especially because of the final shot of the movie.

Your right that she doesn't actually change anything that happens and Trisha herself actually points this out; "why didn't you dream up something useful?" to which Jezelle responds something to the effect of "I thought if you knew what I knew that you could change something, why the hell do you think I'm here?". Jezelle has visions of the future and unless she intervenes then it's going to play out exactly how she dreamed it. She thought her showing up at the police station and letting the kids know what's happening might be able to somehow change the course of events.

God this movie was a mess. I have a hard time believing people actually like this. The monster wasn't scary, the effects were awful, and they killed anything that was remotely scary almost immediately with horrid storytelling ... and the acting was atrocious.

You sound like a very annoying, nit-picky, stupid and utterly boring individual. I'm glad I don't know anyone like you personally. If I did, I would make every effort possible to avoid you.

I agree with your summation, I really enjoy the movie and am anxiously awaiting the 3rd part. Some people are miserable and just like to pick things apart...
