SAE house?

Is the house that they used to make this film a Sigma Alpha Epsilon house? Golden lions are placed outside of most, if not almost all Sigma Alpha Epsilon houses, as the lion is one of SAE's symbols. There was one other clue that led me to believe that this was a SAE house, but I can't remember what it was exactly right now.

Anybody have any idea?

As a member of SAE myself, I have always wondered about that, but i've never found an answer, it could just be a coincidence.

Yeah that is the house at USC. I was wondering the same thing and then a couple years ago I went to the rose bowl and passed by the house because I am an SAE and wanted to see their house and was surprised when I saw it was the house from this amazing movie. And that other thing that you couldn't think of was that they use the teachings from multiple chapters of our pledge manual in the movie, like being their "Brothers Keeper" and the pillars.
