anthropology + history

This movie is a treat to all people who are interested in either anthropology or history. The movie seems to be very precise in terms of anthropological details about tribal life in South-America and historical details about the colonization of South-America. The apparently small budget (relative to Hollywood productions) only adds to the realism.

This website lists a large number of movies about native South Americans. Unfortunately, most of these movies are difficult to find (except the few made by North Americans). Brava Gente Brasileira was one of the few I could get.
