I've been wanting to pick up some of the Elvira DVD's but never really got around to it; for the fans who have some or all of them, what are the best ones to get? I was hoping to get some of the double feature sets to save money and shelf space. Granted with flicks like these it's kinda hard to judge lol but if you can that would be great, or even if you just say which ones have the best Elvira segments or whatever. If anyone actually responds, thank you!
My favorite episodes from these DVD's are the ones that include Frankenstein's Castle of Freaks, and the set with The Devil's Wedding Night. But I honestly I really love all of them. The only one I like but am disappointed with is the DVD with Gamera Super Monster. I enjoy the Elvira clip immensely and the movie is fun but the sound and video quality of the movie (not Elvira clips) is pretty bad. Honestly though if you love Movie Macabre and Elvira you will enjoy all of these gems.
