Would Love to See This on DVD!

I'd love to see this, and other AFI salutes on DVD! Even as a "bonus" to a film release. Anyone know why these shows don't seem to be out? I did get a couple on VHS a few years ago (Jimmy Stewart and Alfred Hitchcock), but there are so many fabulous Lifetime Achievement Award ceremonies I'd love to add to my collection.
