I simply have a hard time believing that this came from an official source, and if it did, would it be possible for you to show us the official report as supposedly posted on Carman's website? This was probably a rumor created by some cruel person who wanted to laugh at Carman or others who would fall for such false accusations. If this were official, the person probably would have double-checked spelling and grammer, which was obviously not done.
