Supernatural 1993 Freestyle In Washington Square Park

This part of the movie comes when they are discussing the whole freestyling scene in NYC, it's only like 20 seconds of footage of supernat in a cipher, and he drops punchlines about the ninja turtles as well as the power rangers if i remember correctly. While I doubt there is more footage of that available there is still a part of me that wants to be proven wrong as I often pop in this movie just to watch this part. I was also wondering if anyone knew the beat he's spittin too as I've never found that either. Anything that can point me in either direction would be much obliged.
