This may be a stupid question but I was hoping someone could help.

Did Jack work for a bigger organization? Was it is job to rip people off? The reason I ask is because John Leguzamo gives him 2.5 million in cash. At the end, Jack says there is 120 K What happened to the rest of the money? Was that Jack's cut?

He had the gun close asking for money. cause he didnt get it all out of bank and you know he hasnt got the code. so thats why he was killed at end cause he couldnt pay the women for giving him 1.5 mil
