Was that last drug dealer gay?

When the main character is describing his competition at the beginning of the movie, he mentions three other dealers. Was the last one gay?

I'm pretty sure he was. I think they say something about him being gay while describing him.

Yea when Leguizamo is narrating hes like. "Damn good businessman for a *beep* not that I got anything against *beep*
