Sorry My Son Likes It


I have no clue as to what this show teaches kids other than whining, a lot of "i don't want to", and minor tantrum-throwing. I'm sorry my kid likes it. My sister warned me about Caillou as she, too, stopped letting her kids watch it. My son's only two so maybe Sesame Street is a better example of cooperation, listening, and learning.

All that behavior must have been in the early days of the show. The little boy I nanny for watches it on Sprout every day and I haven't seen any tantrums or whining.

You're seeing different things than I am. I see when he pouts he doesn't get his way. I see that when he forgets to behave he loses privileges.
