S3E2: Elephants and Hens subtitles question

So I'm watching this on Netflix with subtitles turned on. Just about every other line in the subtitles is the one from early on "Manny, it's been hours and we haven't written anything."

Has anyone watched this in another format and seen this same phenomenon? Is it on purpose or just a coincidentally amusing glitch?

I watch everything with subtitles. Rather than having to roll back every few minutes to pick up what was said, it's easier for me to use the subtitles. It took a little conditioning a few years ago when I started using the subs, but now it's second nature. I've watched heavily this past week with rewatching Black Books again. It's one of the few series where I know no matter what foul a mood I'm in I'll laugh.

To answer your question: Netflix glitches sometimes, especially during the heaviest times of use such as Friday and all day Saturday and on Sundays. Try going into your account settings and turn off HD or vise versa if you watch with SD. I ONLY watch anything online with SD too get my data usuage down and I've never had a problem except on those days..heavy usuage all across the world.

I puruse Netflix and Amazon exclusively to watch movies and TV shows when I'm not watching Dish.

Alright, my curiosity got the better of me. In this particular episode S3.2 there is a repeat of "Manny, it's been hours and we haven't written anything, but you'll notice it repeats during the times when they aren't speaking. When they do speak again the subtitles match the words, then it repeats again with "Manny, it's been hours..."
