What happened to the woman who was being attacked by mice?

I saw a clip from an episode where this woman was covered in mice and they were biting her.I didn't watch the rest of the episode and changed the channel.So what exactly was going on in that episode?Did those mice kill that woman?

I should have known those alien maggots booby trapped this sub.

It's the third episode, "Revenge of the Jirds".

The mice do not kill her, she gets shipped off back home alive IIRC.
