Salutations Aussies

I have wasted millions of productive hours watching Rove and Hamish and Andy on youtube.com. I was just wondering if any of you kind folk would tell me if you get the Daily Show down under or the Colbert Report. The senses of humour is rather similar imho. If anyone is kind enough to respond cheers. If you are superdooper kind ship me over some Lamington, the obesity epidemic is a trend i am determined to become a part of so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I swear I've seen Colbert Report somewhere Free-to-Air but I'm sure it's on cable over here. We get The Daily Show in drabs as a condensed version "Jon Stewart's Daily Show: The Weekly Edition". Sometimes it'll run for ages then it'll be months before you see it again. But again, readily available on cable. And stuff Lamingtons, you need Tim Tams.

reply

Well I figured I could reverse engineer Lamington were i to get some whereas Tim Tams would be much more difficult. Thanks for the response. Next time you see a kuala give it a belly rub for me ;p

reply

Heh, if I tried to touch a Koala on the stomach or head it would probably tear my friggin hand off.

reply

Darn it if you are not going to be cuddly don't look so cute. Some one really ought to give those frigging koalas a talking too And you need those hands to really enjoy tim tams so i take back my request.

They showed it briefly back when The Daily Show was in its prime (Carell, Cordry, Colbert still on the show), it was a great disappointment to me that they stopped showing it.
And this was before SBS lost the plot and tried to become a 4th commercial network.

Can you get it online down there, down under;p? when I am in Ireland and France I can never get it online but maybe you'll have better luck. Last week a series of reports was broadcast, the correspondent was sent to Iran. It was not only humorous as you'd expect but moving and informative.

I have been able to in the past. Just checked, full episodes are blocked but the highlights will load. There are one or two pirate sites like ninjavideo.net that host the videos, I got an episode of the Colbert Report from there recently.
