'The Model' Rick Martel just made this royal rumble awesome. 53 minutes!! It was hilarious seeing the expression on his face when he was desperately hanging on to the ropes as the other wrestlers were trying to push him out. That happened about twenty times before the bulldog finally clotheslined him out. Did anyone else enjoy his presence?

Twenty minutes is a long time to be in there, or in a regular match, but he went about 53 which is amazing, but a handful of guys have surpassed that total since, maybe 7-8 total.
I hated the ending to that Rumble, it would have been better if Martel hadn't gone up to the top and got eliminated by the Bulldog. Then someone could have gotten rid of the Nasty Boy (why the hell was he the 2nd to last eliminated?), then it'd be Hogan, Martel, Davey Boy, and Quake which would have been much better.
Or, after Davey Boy put out Martel, he could've thrown out Brian Knobbs, then it'd be Bulldog and Hogan teaming up against Earthquake. It still was an ok ending I guess.

Yeah. I knew that Hogan would win even though I hoped Martel would. It would of been cool to see Martel, Earthquake and The Nasty Boy throw Bulldog out, and then all gang up on Hogan. Would of been even better to see Hogan come back and beat all three instead of two.

I think the Hogan haters would drive the rating for this ppv down further if Hogan made the comeback and beat three guys at once.
