I didn't before, but you're right.

A new Disney movie is coming out titled "Enchanted". Similiar "out of time princess" stuff, but it looks like a fresh and funny version. I'm looking forward to it after having seen a preview.

That is a very old plot! That film isn't an original idea, not in any way! Try "Berkeley Square"/"I'll Never Forget You", "Somewhere in Time", and more with someone who crosses time and finds love. The recent "John Carter (of Mars)" had a similar situation, and that's based on Edgar Rice Burrough's novels of long, long ago.

Actually, time-crossed lovers in books/movies could be considered a subgenre of romance and/or time travel/sci fi/fantasy.

However, in this one, the frogs have spent centuries waiting. So, they don't actually do any time traveling, do they? It's just a matter of a curse waiting to be broken~for a very, very, very long time.
