what happened to the kids who acted in this movie?, I know that one of them (Hicham Moussoune) made another movie (A minute of sun less) with the same director, but what about the others?, did they continue with the acting career, did they return to their houses or maybe to the streets?, anyone??
shareHicham Moussoune whom played Boubker went on to do a couple other films but did not really go anywhere. Saïd Taghmaoui was quite succesful to begin with and is still doing flims (check out the one he was in called La Haine). Mohamed Majd who was the fisherman did a few other things. Some of the extras were in other films in small small parts. Apart from that, the rest of them were street kids to begin with, and after being in this film returned to that life.

It's a shame that this film didn't give some more of them a chance to a better life.

i saw this film a long time and thought it was great. I was so surprised to see one of the actors (http://www.filmweb.no/bilder/multimedia/archive/00001/Ali_Zaoua_1187m.jpg)
working in a rubbish fun fair in Kenitra, Morocco. He didn't look very well too, a man also working at the fair told me he's a drug addict too now. It's all really sad. He was great in Ali Zaoua.
Really?? that´s so sad!!, Boubker was one of the best characters in the movie. I really hope he quits drugs, no one deserves that kind of life.
