Does anyone know if this movie is in Moroccan Arabic or standard Arabic? IMDB just says Arabic. I'm curious because I'm going to be living in Morocco soon, and if it's in Moroccan Arabic then watching this might help me get more used to the spoken dialect before I go there. Thanks.

The film is in dialect (Moroccan Arabic), as most Moroccan films are .and certainly it will help you to get familiar with the dialect ..if you want i can recommend other Moroccan films for you.

I forgot all about this message board until today. I'm in Morocco with the US Peace Corps, soon I'll be teaching English at a Dar Chebab. I've been learning Moroccan Arabic for a few weeks now, I know it shwiya :)
So far I love Morocco. I'm in a town near Fes for now, I'm not sure where my final home site will be yet. I'll be living here for 2 years, and I'd love to know some other Moroccan movies. Thanks, and nice to meet you :)
