Ok I'm a big fan of Digimon from seasons 1 & 2 but I am confuse [ms] on one thing. When dose the movie and the one that Toon Disney just show on Aug. 5th take place. The one that Toon Disney just show I think I figure it out but not to sure. I think it takes place after they defeat Myotismon in season 2 but like I said I could be wrong. As for the first one I have no clue. Can someone tell me when they take place.
shareThere's actually 4 japanese movies that you're talking about, each movie last about 30-45 minutes long. Movies 1-3 were edited into the american "Digimon: The Movie" and Movie 4 was aired on Toon Disney on Friday. The first movie (Digimon Adventure) takes place 4 years before the season 1 plot. The second movie (Our War Game) takes place after season 1 ends and Apoclymon is deafeated sometime either 1 or 2 summers later. The third movie (The Golden Digimentals) took place sometime during season 2, before Ken joins the team. The fourth movie (Diaboromon Strikes Back) takes place about a year after the defeat of MaloMyotismon.
There are 4 other movies yet to be dubbed; Digimon Tamers: The Adventurers, Digimon Tamers: The Runaway Digimon Express, The Digimon Frontier Movie and Digimon X-Evolutions (or chronicle).
I'm guessing that Revenge of Diaboromon was put out to gauge the popularity of digimon today. I'm hoping that it got good rating, so perhaps the other movies will be dubbed and perhaps a season 5 will be made. I can dream right?^_^
Thank you for the answers. So I was right on the Digimon Revenge of Diaboromon. The only seasons I like were from Season 1 & 2. Season 3 was ok and season 4 I did not like at all. I'm still trying to fine some of the figures from season 1. I've try e-bay but they don't have who I want. The onces I'm trying to fine are Tai,Kari & Matt as well as Tokomon,Metalgarrmon [ms],angelwoman and some others.

shareYeah! Transformers are my number 1 favorite cartoon. Goldbug,Mirage,Sunstreaker,Swoop,Wreck-Gar & Brainstorm are my favorite G1 Autobots. Soundwave,Rumble,Hook,Blitzwing,Thrust & Triggerhappy are my fav. Decepticons for G1.
shareI doubt a season 5 will be made. Remember that Digimon is made in Japan, so
if Japan wants to do it they will but I don't think the show will go into a fifth season. Unless Disney buys the rights to Digimon and does everything on their own... but then you know it won't be any good if that happens.
