But if I may ask, why the intrests in lesbian movies? Why not watch a movie for what it is?
.45 is on cable - so it shouldn't cost much. I wouldn't consider it a lesbian movie. Milla is a babe and she does the part in this movie quite well. This movie is violent and somewhat disturbing. Watching James Bond type films are fun... seeing a 225lb drug dealer beating up a 115lb Milla (or any woman) because of sterotypical wife-beater is not fun to watch (not saying its bad).
Her character is bi-sexual and *spoiler* she's a user. Sheesh, I've experinced that as well grrr, but nobody got killed LOL. You feel sorry for her sometimes, but others - she's as trashy as the people she's with. A somewhat simular movie is "Bound" with Jennifer Tilly is more intense and sexy. That I own on DVD. .45, is a good drama movie. Angus Macfadyen plays the bad-guy boyfriend excellent. I don't remember much of the sex scenes... its not very graphic, some is her holding another woman, kissing her... as we know, Milla has no problems showing off her body in movies, photos or runways. (I even own her music CD - pretty good stuff).
For a $1~3 rental, it maybe worth it to you. But its a movie that is... not a happy fun type. I'd give it 5 stars myself. Use google image search to locate trailers or screenshots.
