my favorite scene

is the beating scene. It was hard to watch but I couldn't stop looking at the screen. It was like it was happening right in front of me....scary stuff.

Yeah. Scary. That scene made shed a few tears. Especially when he put her in front of the mirror and made her tell him that she loved him. It was intense.

That scene was intense! I think I sat there jaw wide open the whole scene and didn't realize I hadn't taken a breath until it was over. Much like the rape scene in The Accused. Definitely very intense and very well acted.

my favorite scene is the long scene at the bar between all for leads. The acting is great.

I had to leave the room for the beating scene, I dated a guy who reminded me quite a bit of Al and treated me close enough to the way he treated her. Minus the gun thing and stuff it just creeped me out, besides I love Angus to death and can't imagine him hitting anyone

Wow.. I'm very sorry to hear about your ex being like that to you. It was the right choice to leave the room. Bad memories can mess with you sometimes.
I honestly think the beating scene got me in a shock state. It looked so real that I got my heartbeat all quickened and scared. But then again, the credits all go to Milla and Angus for the great acting. It was intense definitely..

Nothing to be sorry about, I went through a huge amount of therapy and I'm much better now. I just wasn't comfortable watching an actor I both idolize and adore beat the crap out of a woman.

I couldn't agree with you more, they both did an incredible job in that movie. Just the fact that he was able to creep me out that badly proves it.

Very very intense scene. And Milla was superb--very talented actress. I've never seen her like that before. Best acting I've seen of her so far.
