What would you have thought of these endings

1. The elevator opens on the roof. The tech support guy says to him, 'That's right. YOU died David, you. Are you ready to accept it now?' David looks up, the sky is a bright Vanilla Sky, he smiles.

2. Same as film, except with the last 'Open your eyes' bit. Instead, a group of shocked people are crowing around David's splatted body on the ground. His face is still disfigured.
