Too much of a good thing...

I love Tremors 1 it's just brillant, Val & Earl just steal the show completly. Heather & Burt are hardcore but very brillant on screen together.

Tremors 2 was maybe not as good as the original (the absense of Kevin Bacon) but it was still excellent becuase the Shriekers (they were named in no 3)were interesting and exciting almost like evil cannibalistic ostriches.

Termors 3 was only good becuase of the magnificent Michael Gross carried the film and made it entertaining by starring in the trilogy of films he has become the face of the Tremors films. No 3 was a good film don't get me wrong however the ASS-Blasters like, they give Graboids and Shriekers good names and they come up with Ass-Blasters, gimme a break.

If you ask me Ass-Blasters were a good idea until they started launching off, it's just cut the arse out of the jeans if you ask me. The start of no 3 was brillant when Burt got nto the anti-aircfaft turrent and cut loose on the shriekers.

Never seen no 4 can't comment on it and I never wtached the series because it can only get worse from what the first two masterful films have done.

PS. I read somehwere that no 4 has "Dirt Dragons", any body no what these are?

Um actually the residents in the film refer to the Graboids as "Dirt Dragons" since of course they dont know what they are...hey the cool thing is though u see the Graboids as babies when they first hatch from their eggs, not a new evolution or anything but still damn sweet so see them only 5 feet long and stuff

1st and 2nd movies were great. Forget the others. Don't watch them if you like the first 2.

Well I like all 4 of the films...the third is a lot different from the other two because, of course, the times have changed and the graboids and shriekers have become more aware around the country. Thus, the comforting, closure feeling of the first two where you seemed alone and stuck with these creatures is gone since they (the graboids and shriekers) are known everywhere.
