Do anyone know whatever happened to the Uncle

I mean in the movie it say the Uncle was involved in the kidnapping, I just wanna know do anyone know the Uncle's name because in interested to know how many years he got in prison, is he free now or is he still in prison? Or did he get killed?

Couldn't find a whole lot of info but "Uncle Ice" is Johnny "Apple" Porter who orchestrated the kidnapping. Not sure the sentence but, I'm willing to bet he did some time.
