We watched the film this weekend - hadn't seen in in ten years or so and my wife is going out with some girlfriends to see the sequel. In the scene in the restaurant early on when Toula was going through her self described 'frump' stage, I couldn't believe how much she looked like Amy in TBBT and mentioned it to my family. The dress, the hair, the glasses - it was kind of uncanny.
