Knight club investors scammed

Global Pictures and Robert Nittolo scammed the investors and has disappeared. Phone disconnected, web site gone, Moved.Although the movie was Junk it is in all the video stores for sale or rent.Not one dime paid or any contact made. Sure would like to find him.

Is this the reason why the movie on PDTV? I haven't seen any copyright sign in the end credits... So does it mean this movie is public domain as happened to Night of the Living Dead?

I recieved this movie for free...why did it even get a blu Ray release??
