Because it was on Lifetime, on their website they have a message board with the topic being "Which Lifetime Movies Do You Want to See on DVD" or something along those lines. Just say you wanna see this movie on DVD. If enough requests are put in maybe they will.

I work at a grocery store, and last week, we got a butt load of "B" rated movies in and we got this movie, so it's out now if you want to buy it.
