Hello, I'm trying to figure out the details on a song that plays in this movie. Specifically the titles song. The one that has lyrics when translated that supposedly go "We are waiting, our whole hearts are waiting, waiting forever..."

However I don't know the artist. I'd really like to track this song down because I loved it. Any help would be great!
