Two different Black Society Trilogy dvd sets

I see that there are two Black Society trilogy dvd sets out there, with one being more expensive then the other, but seeming to have the same number of disks.
whats the difference, other ten the cover art?
one seems to be newer then the other one too.

I would rather get the newer, cooler looking one, but I want to know if there is a difference because its a lot more expensive.
