Sorry to tell you that but I think there is no English subtitled version available.

An American friend of mine always tells me to do a subtitled version by myself cause he wants to see the whole movie. We watched it together once and I tried to translate the meaning of each scene and he liked it and thought it was funny. But it's not the same as watching a subtitled version though.

Well, that's it for that then. I'm taking a `learn deustch quick' course.

I lived a lot of my formative years in both north and south Deustchland, and although I still retain a phrase or two, stumbling upon this movie makes want to bang my head with a crate.

Man, I wish I kept-up me classes.

PS. Anyone hear of a (sub) release on disc, feel free to send mail. Oh yeah, thanks for putting-up with this blithering of mine.

My girlfriend translated it for me. Only took about 130 minutes for a 90 minute film.
She is going to do Sonnenallee now.

I asked Germans when i went travelledin for their favourite German film and these are watch peopel tended to say.

They will be my 19th and 20th German film (short of my 83 French films, strange now a major French stuff and 49 Japanese ones).
