I'm a huge fan of Richard Portnow and collect his work. I'm after the episode of GTC he did -The Naked and the Nude .
I live in the UK and getting to see a lot of his TV stuff is hard.

Someone has kindly obliged me with a copy of this episode which I should have by the weekend. I just hope I can cope with the excitement lol.
I actually taped the series when they re-ran it 2002 on Showtime. I think I may be missing one or two episodes, but that's it. I know this is one of the episodes I have. I should transfer them to DVD before the tape quality gets bad.
sharesounds a good idea. I've transferred the majority of my old tapes onto disc. in some cases it even improves the quality.
shame a proper DVD release of this series hasn't happened though.
Yes, I could never figure out why Showtime cancelled this but kept that stupid show with Luke Perry. I can't even remember the title of that. Going to California had a lot of potential. It would have been great to see the guys run into the killer cop again from the finale.
shareratings...same old story. programmes don't get the chance to get established anymore.
here in the UK, series were often given a fair chance and quite a few didn't become popular until the 2nd or even 3rd series.
not anymore. it's frustrating for those viewers who do get into a series only to have it suddenly dropped.
