I was so disappointed because I love Mr. Show. And all he could do was look really annoyed. I was like, you don't find this funny? And he said that he hated those two douchebags and hadn't seen one funny thing from them. I almost broke up with him on the spot. Seriously. But I calmed down and now I just try not to think of it. Its funny how people either love Bob and David or hate them with passion.

This girl's bf is clearly deficient in some capacity to perceive comedy and yet she sticks by him anyway. Well, at least you still have a sense of humor... tell your boyfriend to watch the 'Pre-Taped Call-In Show' spot from Mr. Show... if someone can sit thru that thing and not laugh then you can dump him cause he is legally dead already.

my ex-boyfriend also found them unfunny. he also thought kids in the hall ,ucb, shaun of the dead, etc. weren't funny. we eventually broke up.....not because of this, but the completely different senses of humor certainly didn't help.
i find that the types of people who don't like mr. show tend to like lame ass "comedians" like dane cook, the blue collar asses, etc. i could NEVER date someone who found those morons funny.

the reason sum ppl cant get into mr. show is because of sum of the longwinded skits that just have little laughs in them. I personally love mr. show, best skit show ever! If you sit thru pallies and dont smile or laugh you arent alive.
