Aside from editing, plot, cinematography, and direction, it gets a A+
Maybe it wasn't what you expected. Maybe you expected good acting, direction, cinematography, plot, editing, contingency, and possibly a point to the whole thing.
But why would you expect that from a movie called POOTIE TANG?
That's why I liked this movie. Laughed harder than I did in Anchorman, Napoleon Dynamite, Dodgeball (that steaming dump of a movie), to name a few. Maybe because it was creative and took itself much less seriously than poeople expect.
So, excepting those main factors, what's not to love?
