Lighten up dude, if you took this movie seriously, then something must be really wrong with you're IQ in the first place before watching it. This movie was meant to be dumb, with no plot and anything.

It was meant to be a stupid movie so you could just be like..WTF is this s***! that to me is what made it so enjoyable in the first place, plus i had a open mind about it when i read the terrible reviews/previews and such. lol

Hey thanks bluball. As for the icon... when you reply, or start a new thread look for the blue link that says (markup enabled) with Body Text next to it, and click the blue link. It is located under the subject space. After you find the icon you want just copy & paste. Hope that helps!

Any movie that can manage to make Wanda Sykes seem amusing is not awful.

Pootie Tang is, quite possibly, the absolute funniest movie I have ever seen.

What are you talking about!? This movie deserved several Oscars, and was unfairly overlooked by the Academy. Mark my words, when the AFI reissues their top 100 movies of all time, this will be in the top 10.

My friend HATES this movie.
He growns everytime its name is mentioned.
I love it. And not in the Showgirls way where its so bad its great thing either. I figured everything was meant to be over the top and pointless. I dig the smart art films a lot, but I do like to turn my brain off for a couple of hours and watch the kind of senseless entertainment that can cause fetal injury if viewed by pregnant women.
