Not only was that apartment ridiculous for just two people, but that realtor would of been seriously put in her place for talking to my daughter that way. Of course, my kid wouldn't of been riding a scooter in a place like that, but that stupid woman had no business screaming at her kid like that. Plus, the other realtor was being such a d*ck! Just sayin....

It was a seller's market though, so he/she could be a massive dick to any buyer, it was all part of making them feel like they were worthless scum who had to cough up extra to get the apartment. Did you know they've increased in value ten-fold in 20 years? She lost a lot of money by selling up!
The listing agent was a man. The showing agent was a woman.
