I would have adored this movie if it weren't for Monica's TERRIBLE acting! OMG! This girl's acting is as bad as Whitney Houston's! She seriously downgraded this movie. She's physically beautiful and a wonderful singer, but as an actress she sucks BIGTIME! Stick to singing Monica!

I LOVED all the other actors and the storyline. If their main actress had been as good as the other actresses then this movie would have been wonderful!

I wanted this movie on DVD but then I realized that that would mean being subjected to below sub-standard acting by the main actress.

I definately have to agree with you about Monica's acting. I watched the movie when it first came on MTV and then I bought it last year and have been watching it alot recently because I like Christian Kane and everyone else's acting, so I have definately realized how bad Monica was in this movie. She definately needs lessons, maybe she has gotten some since then, but in this movie, everyone just about shows her up with their acting talent, especially when she is in scenes with Christian.
