Original footage? Rulon Stacey announcing Matthew's death.

I saw a production of The Laramie Project last night and I am always moved by the speech where Rulon Stacey reads a statement from Judy Shephard saying "Don't let a day go by without telling your kids you love them".

Does anyone know if the original footage of this speech is out there? I'd greatly appreicate it!
