I dont understand how...

Claire is just able to move to where ever he is taken to.. set up house, get phones installed, get mail...just start being his lawyer on a Marine base.. in what seems like just a day or so...what is supposed to be the time line in this? and she gets pregnant right after the polygraph.. and has a miscarriage in what? a couple weeks?
