Rhea's lines

Did I hear it wrong or did the character of Rhea mess up on a line?

It's the line where she is introducing herself to the character played by Tobin Bell. She says, 'I'm your housemate...sorry I'm your next door neighbour."

I'm guessing this wasn't intentionally in the script so shouldn't they have gone for another take on it?
