The liberal Kangaroo use doomed this gem

I avoided it and avoided it and then I actually watched it.
Great movie!
Hilarious movie!
Unfortunately the director or producers or whoever it was thought pushing the kangaroo to seduce little kids and create a family movie was truly the definition of shooting yourself in the foot.

Of course how the hell do you market it otherwise especially in the post 90s culture?
Marketing gimmicks were hitting the wall and we can see that by 2005 everything completely changed and evolved, or truly devolved, into what is used today.
Adding the cute, dancing, rapping kangaroo with glasses and a windbreaker probably went over well with the Aussies considering what fking idiots these people are I've known many, and lived with a few, but the rest of the world was turned off!

It's unfortunate because the early 2000s produced so much garbage and destroyed so many subcultures I could type for hours. Comedy was just DEAD at the time. Absolutely DEAD.
Almost every comedy was in fact DATE comedy and as I nearly digress just another tactic to manipulate the single masses.

This movie was a breath of fresh air when the world was nothing but horse farts.
