With Wes gone, is there any chance of us seeing the original version?

It would be a shame if the fans never got to see Wes's original version of the movie, with the original cast.

There's been talk of the original version of The Exorcist III coming to BluRay, after all these years, and the reaction from the fans has been incredible! If it was announced that the original version of Cursed would be released, I think the reaction would be just as great, as it's something we all were excited for when the movie first began filming.

What would it take for the studio to release the original cut?

That would be nice. Recorded late last night (early am) amd rewatching it now and I would love to see the original movie.

I would seriously pay money to see the original Mandy Moore opening death scene if nothing else.

Just to see the original cast as well, Feldman, Langenkamp, Brolin.

Such a shame.

Maybe Shout Factory will do a release similar to The Exorcist III.

Indeed. If they can do it with The Exorcist III and Night Breed, I'm sure they could do it with Cursed.
