Why the different title in the UK?

US = Death Swamp
UK = Death Roll

Mrs Voorhees is watching you!

Does the UK have swamps like the U.S.? Maybe bogs and marshes. Could that have something to do with it? And a death roll makes more sense since the movie didn't even occur in a swamp.
