Coming to America + Sweet Home Alabama

I am watching Coming to America right now, and it just dawned on me how similar Sweet Home Alabama is to Coming to America. There is a chair scene in it when Lisa's dad sits the Queen down in a chair when they visit and reclines it for her and her legs fly up. Also, the whole rich family visiting the poor family part.

Interesting comparison! Now i need to go rewatch Coming to America. These are both pretty great movies, imho.
