Yayness!

I found Bitter Harvest in the video shop todayyy! W00t. I'm yet to watch, very exited as I think this will be a great movie, and anticipation is lovely. Yep.
In that same video store I have asked for them to order On The Edge in for me (nearly 10 months ago!) and it never happens, so I love them for having atleast this movie. And Intermission. If anyone lives in Australia and isn't able to order offline (:() do you rent overseas movies from a store? If so, which ones have you found more likely to hold a certain one you're looking for?
I would REALLY appreciate it if I could have a hand in finding a chain of DVD rental that has a majority of overseas movies, not just popular ones that I could go to Target and buy.

I will ubdate after I've watched!
Weeeeeeeeeeeee.

Excelant movie! Wow. I loved it. Some parts made me chuckle, heh, it is deffinately a movie I would have to watch again, as there are so many characters to see the point of veiw from, I dunno, maybe it's just me who does that.

Favourite quote!
Gus "What if I can't manage to kill him outright, Da? What if I only cripple him?"
Harry: "Crippled for life is fine! That's it! You're not to kill him, crippled is better. Yeah, practice to aim to cripple the cabbages, not to kill them!"
*Gus blows the head (cabbage) away, smiles slyly*
Harry: "Jesus you killed it!"
I laughed so much.

Also when Harry told Eileen to kill herself, I have no idea why I found it so funny. Just the way he asked like it was no skin off her nose, haha. He is certainly a character, although annoyingly arrogant and proud, you can't help but like.

Great film!

I'm with you on this. Indeed, this was a fantastic movie. I loved it the first time I saw it, then I watched it again the next day and laughed so hard at both of the parts you described (cabbage blown away/Eileen suicide scene). How about the Kill George scene with the dog and Daa beating himself up aftwards pleading for a witness. The first time I watched it I kind of held in my laughing not really sure if the movie was really comedic. But listening closer on the second viewing, this was definitely written to get some laughs, although the end of the movie is quite touching, as well as amusing. I'm buying this one!
